I found info on Sportsnet.ca on the night of the game. Mind you it wasn’t the most detailed account of the game as it was an AP report, but it did outline scoring and starting XI. This doesn’t explain why CSA had nothing on the game. Pathetic really.

Yes I decided not to add the subs, mostly on the basis of figuring out who exactly they replaced was kind of difficult.

Alas, in the end all we can do is blame the CSA and hope that one day someone burns it to the ground and replaces it with something better, an organization that actually cares about the national team, and not just the grass roots programs where they make all their money.

I managed to access the CSA tracker earlier, and one additional piece of info it does include is the subs who entered the game, and the time that they entered. On the other hand, it does not tell us which players were replaced.
